Hi, I'm Katia...

I am a gut health specialist with a focus on helping high achieving women to resolve digestive health issues. I understand how debilitating many of these conditions can be and how they influence all aspects of our lives. My specialised approach is evidence-based, and incorporates the latest research in nutrition and lifestyle.

I am a registered and fully insured Nutritional Therapist regulated by the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

1:1 Consultations

In our 1:1 consultations we provide personalised nutrition and lifestyle guidance which addresses the root cause of your symptoms. We review your health history in depth and analyse your Food, Mood & Lifestyle diary in order to be able to tailor the optimal protocol to resolve your concerns. Testing may be recommended. We ensure that you are supported and encouraged every step of your journey.

Health Tests

Health tests are valuable in that they help us understand the root cause of ill health. We are then able to provide you with a personalised protocol that targets your areas of concern.  We have partnered with some of the world's leading functional testing laboratories to offer a wide range of health tests including food intolerance tests, comprehensive stool profile, SIBO breath tests, vitamin and mineral status, thyroid testing, parasite testing, yeast overgrowth, cholesterol and more.
